These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Digital Product Wala website and services, a venture of Customerwala. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You may use our products and business system for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or resell our proprietary system components without authorization.

2. Digital Products

Digital products are licensed for your use and resale as permitted by the specific product. Unless stated otherwise, you may sell unlimited copies and keep the revenue you generate, while the underlying product remains our intellectual property.

3. Business System

The business system is provided on our proprietary Customerwala platform as a white-labeled service. You receive access to set up and operate the system under your brand. The underlying platform technology remains the property of Customerwala.

4. Pricing

The current starting price for the business system is Rs 99. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any recurring fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before payment.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through our authorized payment partners. By making a payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on this site — except for digital products you are licensed to resell — remain the intellectual property of Digital Product Wala and Customerwala.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
